Camp Wyandot Cabin and Camp Rental

Private individuals and groups are welcome to rent one or more cabins,
lodges, or the entire camp for a day, a weekend, or an extended period,
based on availability. Rates are negotiated based on the amenities of
each building rented and support staff required.

Please call the Camp Fire office at (614) 481-8227 for rates.

Here is a description of the buildings available for rent:

CABIN ROW : (all cabins include access to the Egypt bathhouse, which has running water available as weather permits).

Porcupine: electricity, screened windows, rear storage/changing room, lake view
Bear: screened windows, lake view, fire ring, rear storage/changing room
Whippoorwill: screened windows, must climb rock stairs to reach cabin, rear storage/changing room
Beaver: screened windows, must climb rock stairs to reach cabin, rear storage/changing room
Wasp: screened windows, must climb rock stairs to reach cabin, rear storage/changing room
Gray Squirrel: screened windows, must climb rock stairs to reach cabin, front porch, fire ring
Lion: screened windows, must climb rock stairs to reach cabin, overhangs path, rear storage/changing room
Fawn: screened windows, lake view, fire ring, rear storage/changing room
Deer: screened windows, lake view, fire ring, rear storage/changing room
Turtle: screened windows, lake view, fire ring, rear storage/changing room
Red Fox: screened windows, lake view, fire ring, rear storage/changing room
White Dove: screened windows, fire ring, rear storage/changing room
Buck: screened windows, large cabin with multiple rooms, large fire ring

UNITS: (All units include access to either Alps or Krue bathhouses, which have running water as weather permits).

Souix: Five tebins, no screens. One kitchen tebin with picnic tables and electricity, four sleeping tebins with beds and mattresses. Large fire ring
Shawnee: Four tebins, no screens. One kitchen tebin with picnic tables and electricity, 3 sleeping tebins with beds and mattresses.
Large fire ring
Kiowa: Treehouse unit. Four treehouses, no screens, with ladders, mattresses and beds. One kitchen tebin with sleeping for two, plus
picnic tables. Large fire ring
Seneca: Two tebins, no screens. One tebin with many beds, one tebin with picnic tables plus a back room that sleeps two. Large fire ring

OTHER CABINS:

Papoose Cabin: Electricity, screened windows, beds for four to five
people, close proximity to dining hall
Cook’s Cabin: Electricity and running water, beds for about four people, close proximity to dining hall
Nature Lodge: Electricity, woodstove, limited sleeping space, porch overlooking lake. The nature cabin is primarily used as an education center for campers
Hoskins Lodge: Electricity, fireplace, full kitchen and single bathroom with running water. Beds and mattresses. During camp, Hoskins lodge is used as the camp nurse’s headquarters
Hislop Lodge: The camp’s dining hall. Electricity, fireplace, full foodservice-style kitchen, seating for 100. Accessible by car
Staff Lodge: Electricity, woodstove, living area, loft. Overlooks pool
